Roscommon County Council is seeking a contractor to refurbish a vacant property in Strokestown into three apartments. A tender notice for the works at Elphin Street in the town has been published by the council on the Government’s e-tender website. Deadline for the receipt of tenders or requests to participate is October 24th. The successful contractor will be awarded the contract in early December. The building works are expected to take ten months.
